We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to join our team. If you love to code and solve problems, then you are on the right track. You will develop our front-end and back-end applications of our product.
Job description and responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the squad members, foster a positive and collaborative team culture, and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and other relevant parties to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Allocate resources effectively within the squad, considering the skills, capacity, and workload of each team member.
- Facilitate the agile development process by organizing and overseeing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
